The owner was wonderful and very helpful. It was nice to have the laundry facilities with coins and soap at the office.

Basically it’s a good place to stay, there is a kitchen there. However it’s too small and microwave is set on the top of refrigerator which is too tall to reach.

Nice well maintained older motor court. Very easy to find, beautiful setting, nice lady at the front desk. Very peaceful. Great hot water and comfortable beds. Easy parking, everything well lit and safe. Thank you!

A perfecf stay on the way to Sequoia national park. Tables and chairs on the porch. Free parking Very helpful and accomidating staff. Clean. Access to the river from the ranch.

Lovely location close to restaurants and bars, but still very quiet and peaceful. Some very friendly farm animals out the back of the property and great views.

good location Great property love being able to pull the car right up to the front door when on a road trip laundry facilities staff was great - very helpful and accommodating clean 2 chairs in the room and a couple of chairs outside! This is important to us as we do not find it comfortable to lounge on the bed.

For one night stay in our way to Sequoia NP was fine. The location is great, only a few miles to the entrance is Sequoia NP. The staff were great and helpful. It was clean.

The ranch is really cool and a good place to enjoy life. The rooms look better in reality than on pictures. The pool was also great. It was nice to go to the river next to the ranch. Location is also very good - it is only a few miles to the entrance of Sequoia Nationalpark.

Older style motel on appealing farm like property. Dated but kept up and clean. Location was great, quiet from the road and just enough room inside. It had facilities we needed too. Cute small pool area.

Stayed two nights to explore Sequoia & Kings Canyon. Quick check in and given a map of the park and information on location eateries. Beds were really comfy, lots of space and clean. Having a full sized fridge was really useful too. Didn’t get to use the pool as we were out exploring but looked inviting!

The hotel was really wonderful; rooms were clean and we loved that it felt like we were in our own little house. It was very quiet as well, and very close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park.

It's an old fashioned motel in the quiet countryside, Three Rivers is more an area than town or village. We liked the animals, the humming birds, the pool and the walk down to the river behind.

The hotel was laid out as little units in a horseshoe with green grass and a pool in the middle. It was a lovely setting with the river just a short walk behind the hotel and 2 mins drive from centre of town. Room was dated but well maintained and cleaned very well. I really liked this place and would highly recommend it. It is as all the reviews read. And they have little humming birds come in to feed by the office which is lovely to watch them.
